The sauce looks rich and tasty. What is it?
I deglazed the pan where I pan-fried the chops with some cheap dry white wine, added and mashed some of the fried garlic, some butter, a bit of flour to thicken it up, a bit of lime juice for some tang, salt, pepper… Worked nicely with the meat.
