those projects would add only 909 permanent positions during the operational phase, which lasts about 30 years.

    I wonder if senior leadership at Microsoft or Google ever wonder whether their culture of lying and dishonesty will ever catch up to them. I am assuming they just consider it to be “part of the game” and don’t really think beyond that.
