Starlink: Battle for Atlas wasn’t a rail shooter but the space combat was enough and it had Starfox in the Switch version
If you want other already released star fox nostalgia trips, astro dogs and ex-zodiac have your back and are on sale atm.
EX-Zodiac is neat, but in early access so it’s quite incomplete. Would recommend it on sale.
