DC man turns himself into police after deadly birthday party hit-and-run sends 11 to hospital in Maryland

Bladensburg Police said Sunday afternoon the youths hurt in the crash were between the ages of one year old and 17 years old.

I live a few miles away now, but I used to live just 3 houses down from where this happened in Bladensburg. That was definitely a crazy event.
