There wouldn’t be enough rich people to buy all the excess that gets produced. Even if you’re a trillionaire there’s only so many phones/cars/shoes/watches etc. that you want to buy.
why would there need to be excess? they simply reduce production.
You don’t get rich by producing and selling 2000 iPhones
they don’t need to “become” rich. they ARE rich already, and when we are gone it’ll be a totally different world economy. It’ll be a 1% utopia where money has essentially no meaning anymore.
