Meaning: can pay less, without people protesting more. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_European_countries_by_average_wage For comparison: Denmark has 309% gross wages, with only 167% net purchasing power… so for the same employee’s purchasing power/satisfaction, an employer can pay only 54% wages in Poland.
