Mark Twain. I don’t even care if he isn’t resurrected in this scenario.

Intricate character building with multi-class synergies. Is. My. Shiiiiiit!
Small wonder I love BG3 and Owlcat’s Pathfinder games.
I like fiction podcasts, and the main one I’m working through currently is The Magnus Archives. Each episode is a short first-person paranormal horror story, and they start out pretty standalone, eventually building more background and connections between the stories and adding more “frame story” about the people collecting these tales. I wouldn’t say it’s an SCP clone, but it’s kind of shaped similarly.
I think it’d definitely work that way for your more silly putty shapeshifters like Morph. Someone like Mystique could probably close up cuts and holes, but I’m not sure she could like siphon some mass from other areas to regrow a hand, say.
Oh cool, time for Bethesda to put out a modfucking patch three days before they release?
Guardians of the Galaxy. The combat could have been a bit better, but otherwise it was fantastic. Better than any of the movies except the end of 2.
This just hurts my opinion of T-Pain.
Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous
It’s one of those games I love but haven’t actually finished because I always want to try a new character. Pushing myself to stick with one to the end this time. I got the season pass 2, and there’s a recent DLC that sounds like the local equivalent of Mass Effect 3’s Citadel DLC.
DS3 and Elden ring do magic best of the Fromsoft game IMO. An MP pool works much better in an action game than the Vancian “casts per rest” of the earlier games.
Look, either make “Ken Burns’ The Silmarillion” already or let the franchise rest.
I haven’t gotten my shit together and researched specific models yet, but I’ve been looking into this a bit myself, and from what I’ve read, Sceptre appears to be one of the better brands for completely dumb TVs these days.
Where is TNG “Masks”? Sorry Brent, but that’s gonna be a skip from me every time.
Because otherwise we wouldn’t have Walter Murphy’s “A Fifth of Beethoven”.
That’s a fair assessment. There are a ridiculous number of classes and subclasses each with their own quirks. And that’s without getting into multiclassing or Wrath’s mythic path system. I’ve definitely spent 20+ minutes leveling up before.
Do you like JRPGs? Yakuza: Like a Dragon is fairly recent and has a sequel (that I haven’t gotten to play yet). The story is NOT your typical RPG fare, it’s a modern drama about an ex-gangster trying to get back on his feet after prison (it gets emotional, I cried). But the combat is a classic turn-based RPG and it’s fun, stylish, and just barely complex enough to stay engaging.
The graphics are much simpler than BG3, but Owlcat has done some fantastic work with their Pathfinder games.
Wrath of the Righteous is much more polished and expanded than Kingmaker, but they’re both great. They both have the option to play in turn-based like BG3, or real time with pause like the old BG games.
The series with the magic item home shopping network is amazing.
I’m now imagining Jeff Goldblum as Gale and I kind of love it.
We’re reaching for characters at this point, but I suppose we could cast Shadowheart as Moondragon and Wyll as Adam Warlock for the lols if nothing else.
You might be onto something with Halsin & Groot… could rotate between him and Minthara until Minsc is available.
Children deserve better movies than this soulless green-screened cash grab.
They also deserve better games than Minecraft IMO, but that’s a different conversation.
I mean, Star Wars is three connected but distinct trilogies numbered 1-9. Same deal?
DULLARD for cheat mode on SNES and I think Genesis Mortal Kombat.
