it’s easy to use, pretty damn reliable
Unfortunately not when you’re self hosting… Can’t rely on it when you’re supposed to receive an email (account validation, reset password email,…) which never arrives and you’re stuck clicking on « resend the email » on the website with no hope…
I thought it was a myth and that genetics is the most contributing factor ?
You’re getting downvoted but you’re (almost) right. There are other platforms especially GOG which allows to download DRM free installers, but most of the people have no clue about this.
To be honest I really do prefer buying games on GOG. One day steam will go shit and we will be stuck with huge game libraries locked there. The day GOG goes dark I’ll still have all the offline installers of everything I bought.
Metaverse, Roblox and Fortnite. All the buzzwords I needed to stop waiting for that game.
Seems to me that the USA is quite close to having journalists / whistleblowers dying by suicide…
Looks at a picture of a family dinner from 10 years ago. One third of the people are now dead…
I have been wearing glasses for 30 years. I wash them daily with microfibers tissues and spray intended for glasses. The spray on Amazon is 15 euros and lasts months. Washing using tap water and cleaning with paper tissues scratches the glasses.
I should have documented myself before allowing my kid to play. Roblox is clearly developing addictions and is the worse for micro transactions.
That’s crazy. As it’s (almost) impossible to prevent those data to be sent from the phone, would it be possible to make the data useless ? For instance by sending loads of fake json payloads for some ids ? Then enjoy my data which says at the same time that I’m in Vancouver, Lisbon, Paris, on my low cost and super expensive phone, with volume at max and zero,… Not possible I guess ?
I kind of don’t (yet) get the stealth / thievery mechanics. I broke into a place, stole something for a quest, and although not getting any indication of someone noticing me, I got a ridiculously high bounty.
That’s the kind of things I disliked in the first game. You kill a thieve in the middle of a forest and still get bad reputation…
So the suggestion from @[email protected] will just increase their revenue 🙂
I had a subscription but I barely used it, maybe twice a day with no complex stuff. I don’t get how it’s possible to lose money on users like me. I finally cancelled because of the price.
And then Adobe stealthed onto my elderly parents computer and killed all their photo files.
Could you elaborate on this ?
Just tried and got the expected answer :
In chess, looking at your opponent’s pieces is not only allowed but essential to playing the game. Observing the placement and movement of your opponent’s pieces helps you plan your strategy and anticipate their moves. However, if you’re referring to situations like secretly peeking at a hidden plan (in correspondence chess, for example) or breaking rules in a specific chess variant, then it could be considered cheating. But in standard chess, observing your opponent’s pieces is part of fair play.
You know your content is certainly used to train LLMs ?
I own a Lenovo legion and the main issue is that it sucks on battery, it’s heavy, and the power brick is huge and expensive (I think close to 300€). Other than that it’s a beast. But if you have legions for business, you’ll struggle in meetings were people don’t want to bother with power cables and supplies.
WhatsApp is everywhere. Even at school it’s used for parents discussions. I have Signal but not using it since nobody has it…
A lot of websites are broken on Firefox which is a shame. I can’t even scroll down on some news sites. What a shame…
