Why just pay one service a small fee for ad free streaming, when you can pay a lot of services a large fee for ad supported streaming?

Chatbots doesn’t mean that they have a real conversation. Some just spammed links from a list of canned responses, or just upvoted the other chat bots to get more visibility, or the just reposted a comment from another user.
But who wants to trade gold with you if everyone is hungry, has no water or power, is freezing or sick? Gold and valuables are only good of you know the economy gets back to normal, or you have someone who will trade useful stuff for gold.
Also, I don’t think the average person has a concept how much gold is worth, or how to check if it is real or not.
What do you want to do with gold or USD if the us economy collapses? This isn’t the middle Ages where you can pay the peasants with gold or silver coins. In an economic collapse canned food, fuel, etc. will be useful. Something people need every day and can be swapped in small quantities.
Sure you can run it on low end hardware, but how does the performance (response time for a given prompt) compare to the other models, either local or as a service?
Afaik they started development when overwatch was already successful. By the time development finished the hype was over and players had moved to other genres, and had very little interest in an overwatch clone.
Doesn’t even register that you created or deleted a file in the explorer window that’s open, instead you have to refresh it with F5 to see the changes, like it’s some sort of web app from the 1990s. Pretty sure older windows explorer versions would update the view when files changed…
Why? At least I don’t have to download and install gigabytes of files for something I might only use once?
I don’t believe that you can use traditional algorithms to teach the car street driving, because there are to many different variations of intersections, traffic signs, special conditions like accidents, heavy Rain or fog, road closures or construction sites to get it right every time. Even if your autopilot is 99% correct and you drive 20000km a year, you still drive wrong 200km of it.
This doesn’t mean that AI will be better, because then you don’t even have a source code to track down where it went wrong to correct it in future updates.

I agree, but I think it’s easier for the community owners to get user to join their discord channel with one click, than having users to sign up for a forum, create an account, confirm the email, post in the right subforum and also deal with spam and forum maintenance. It’s seen as less hassle for admins and users

Probably to map the room and avoid obstacles like Chairs and pets. Low res cameras are probably the cheapest option for hardware.
Websites can absolutely send push notifications.
How to improve online advertising: Step 1: remove all online advertising
They will get dirty very fast, either from dirt thrown around by passing trains, or by the brake dust.
I have yet to see an app that does something a website could not do…
I don’t know, I distrust all YouTube ads content creators slide into their videos, because the products are either useless to me, disappointing in real life like the “fruit smells” rings for water bottles or sketchy with some fear mongering like the VPNs.
Fun fact: a lot of the content you see on big sites are advertorials, this means some company writes a fluff piece about how their lastest product can solve all your problems, and then pays the site to publish it. In print, you even have the option to have the ad use the same layout, fonts, colors etc. as the real content.
This means a portion of a site is not filled by content that had to be bought, but actually brings them money.
Far cry feels just the same since 3. Same gameplay, different story, different setting. While the story itself is usually good, I don’t think it has progressed gameplay wise or in technical or graphics aspects in any meaningful way. Car physics are worse than gta5 which is already out for 10 years or so.
