Re: DCU, THE Suicide Squad is quite enjoyable. The series Peacemaker that is a spin-off of it is also good. THE Batman is good, and the Penguin series is good.
But ya, they have some huge stinkers. I basically just assume a DCU product is going to be garbage. I can’t believe they still let Zack Snyder make movies.
CISA actually monitored Internet traffic and would contact government entities (local, schools, universities, etc) when they were being attacked. I went to a talk once where they said they usually had response times in minutes, and it would take longer to figure out who they needed to alert and convince them that it was real. Nice. I just fixed my Samsung dryer. The drum was binding or something, about 50% of the time it would make a buzzing noise when started and it wouldn’t spin. One of the wheels inside was hard to turn when I took it apart. Replaced 2 wheels, belt, tension arm thing, and motor. Was like $80 in total. I did that yesterday and so far so good. I’ve had the set for about 10 years too so I’ll remember this if the washer stops working.

You can save wherever you want but ya, it is a game you would want to play consistently. Like taking a month break would be tough. But that’s how most 1 player story games are, to me at least.
I also recommend Baldurs Gate 3 and Elden Ring. Baldurs Gate has one more big patch in the next month or two so I would wait until then to play it. I’m kind of waiting for that patch to drop to start another run through. Protip: pick the Dark Urge backstory.
