I really like the color on the one cooked in the cast iron, that crust must be phenomenal
Yet you technically can’t drive it, if it’s impounded.
Kind of a technical one, because if you get pulled over without insurance in my area, they will tow your car and inpound it.
No matter how determined I was to work on my car, it didn’t matter. That shit sucks, is hard to do, especially if you don’t have previous experience.
Also, cars today aren’t roomy 1990’s (or before) engines. They pack it so tight in there, with the need to specialized tools and knowledge.
Cars have become increasingly hard to work on oneself. Especially as computers and mechanical engines have been fused together.
I’d rather have my bike with a lane, or a sidewalk, lined with trees, than have stroads with rubber dust, smog, and noise, uninhabitable to pedestrians.
Yeah im not seeing a mess made with the cornmeal, i do it this way with a hot AF cast iron. Dash of corn meal and assemble into a preheated pan… maybe a bit splashes, but like you say, We gotta clean the kitchen anyway, ans cheese, flour, sauce, have already gotten everywhere too…
I use a 12" cast iron. I turn the oven to 450°F (a gas stove circa 1990’s) so I heat it for a while 60 mins, and pre-heat the pan for 30mins.
Assembling the pizza in the hot pan is quick hot work, but worth it. No crust issues, even if its inferior dough.
My son declared he doesnt like cooked bell peppers when I made stir fry the other day. I always put bell peppers in my tomato sauce and he loves his spaghetti. I didn’t argue it, in case he decides to stop liking spaghetti, then I’d really be in trouble
This reminds me of my sister, who hooked a 6’ trailer to her civic.
I saw a truck today, and I thought, if it were 1995 and you showed my mechanic old timer uncle that truck, he’d call you a yuppie
Big, beefy, and engineered to be loud this truck was, I don’t think you could fit a 2x4 in the bed
I’ve come to love Siggis Skyr. It’s very thick. With tons of protein it’s quite healthy. I get the one with no sugar. Use it in muffin/cake recipes often. It’s also good with some toasted oats with honey. When I have it in the morning I stay full for a long time.
Honestly! It’s a good thing it takes so long to make, or we’d all be done for!
I wish I could make another and I’d share it with all of you
