Microsoft’s submission to the CMA raises all three development points to try to convince the CMA. The three development points are:
- Microsoft’s agreement with the European Commission on enforcing the various cloud agreements they signed.
- Microsoft’s agreement with Sony.
- Fresh material from the FTC case that “undermines the (CMA’s) conclusions." <
Sounds like, “We aRe rIgHt BeCaUse:”
- Our lawyers said so in the EU.
- Our lawyers said so in Japan.
- New evidence we found proves we’re totally right, it’s legit, but we can’t show you, just trust us, we’re right.
