For me it ran 60+ fps in most places. The Rattay town square was something else though. There it often plummeted to 25 - 30 fps. With Kuttenberg being larger and more lively I wonder how well that’ll run. Though I’m not sure if the first game even used DLSS.

I’m seriously concerned. Had some games recently where 10 GB VRAM aren’t enough.

It seems to be easier with the mouse. But iirc they later patched it for consoles to make lock picking easier because a lot of people struggled.

I tried two older Stalker games way back but I’m not much of a horror fan and I just wasn’t good enough, so I didn’t play the games much. A-Life sounds quite interesting. Let’s hope they can fix it faster than CDPR fixed Cyberpunk.

See, I live in an old apartment. The corners aren’t 90°, the wall a picture is hanging on is convex. When I’m lying in bed and look at the picture it looks like it’s crooked but I used a level several times on it and it’s as straight as can be. It’s driving me insane.

I’m totally fed up with the usual 5-bladed razor crap from Gillette and especially Wilkinson. But I’ve always been to afraid to use an old school double-edged razor because I only, blindly, shave my head with it and maybe my pubes. Seems more risky. Any advice / recommendations?

I had about 6 complete playthroughs and played ever race/origin prologue combo. Even made game the main topic back when I was in college and had a game design course. It was something completely new for it’s time. Sadly I think it aged quite badly if you look at some mechanics, animations and even partly graphics. At least that’s what came to my mind when I replayed Mass Effect 1 when the remaster launched. In my memory it was a better game.

DA:O is still one of my favourite RPGs. I didn’t like the two successors that much but the overarching story is quite intriguing to me. Sadly there has been a lot of staff shuffling regarding DA4. That’s usually not a very good sign. I appreciate the lack of EA exclusivity and Denuvo but I’ll still wait until some reviews are out. Remember kids: no preorders.

Running EndeavourOS with Nvidia on Wayland for some months now. Prior to 555 it was a bit janky at times. Since then, and now with 560, the only issue I’m having is related to sleep/hibernation mode. Game wise everything runs fine.
