10·2 months agoAll atheism is is a lack of belief in a god or gods. Unfortunately, that means anyone can be an atheist, including shitty transphobic assholes. That doesn’t mean atheism itself has a serious transphobia issue.
It’s basically the same way Tale of Two Wastelands works when combining Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
Borderlands 1 and 2 still look great in comparison to a lot of games that came out around the same time. The stylized cel-shaded textures help hide the lower-poly environments and really make the world stand out. Most games at the time were trying to go for a “realistic” look that just resulted in bland brown and gray environments that look terrible.
This is why so many indie games are awesome. The graphics don’t need to be great when the soundtracks and gameplay more than make up for it. Those are what actually matter. I have most of Undertale’s OST committed to memory at this point lol

Kaboom is a regular poster on the conservative community on Lemmy and also an actual fascist. Is it really at all surprising they’re complaining about it?
There are a lot of issues with New Vegas that I never would have been able to solve without the community section. It’s got good reason to be there.
I really don’t think they can top Handsome Jack from BL2. He didn’t overstay his welcome and was genuinely entertaining with how much of a douche he was. The Calypso Twins weren’t “villains you love to hate”, they were just “villains you hate” because they never shut up and are too two-dimensional to be entertaining.
