I tend to find myself renewing my RuneScape membership around this time of year.
I also just picked up Titanfall 2 from the Steam Winter sale and played through the campaign and holy cow, it was worth the $3 I paid for it.

Haha makes me think about the old HydroHomies subreddit and what it was originally called
Did any of you guys see those Skyrim AI NPC mods that were floating around YouTube around a year ago? I think they kept getting taken down for some reason.
But honestly it convinced me that that’s a good way to go. They were able to detect what the player was doing. For instance, if you dropped a sword on the ground, they would be like “hey don’t forget that iron greatsword on your way out”. You could also ask it for advice on how to complete your quest or what they knew about someone.
If the AI is somehow locked to only knowing information about the video game they’re in, it could really boost the immersion I think. But I think they should have to use a real voice actor to train the AI to mimic their voice or something like that.
Thank you!
Oh I guess I never knew that 100% of the air nomads were benders. Is that cause they exile any non-bender children? Seems pretty unlike them…
From the videos of Skyrim AI mods I’ve seen, I don’t think it’s that far off. At least for your basic, run-of-the-mill NPCs. They’re already able to know if you take off all your clothes and will ask you stuff like “hey we don’t allow that in here” or “you must be cold”.
We can’t be that far off from a truly immersive RPG game
Have they said anything about it not being available on Steam Deck after a recent update? Pathetic
“England is my city”
or
“Thats an awfully hot coffee pot”
I love black licorice. Developed a taste for it as a kid because it was the only candy available at my grandparents house. Now if I’m hanging out with buddies and I don’t want them mooching off my snacks, I’ll bring black licorice. I’ve only met one other person that wanted some and I was happy to share haha

Call of Duty 3
I loved 2 and 4, but I think 3 only came out on the original Xbox and the PS2? I’m probably misremembering that, but I know a PC port was never made cause boy, I’d love to try it but don’t think it exists
“one of the first to take mobile audio quality seriously”
Is this referring to iPods? If so, then I agree. Hell, the first gen iPods are super sought after because they can use FLAC audio files. Although Apple has their own “lostless” audio codec now, so idk if it’s that big of a deal.
AirPods? Sure it’s impressive the noice canceling features in such a small package, but Bluetooth audio was nothing new and now they’re required because Apple removed the headphone jack.
I loved my 2017 LG ThinQ because it not only had a headphone jack, but it had a built in audio DAC to provide extra power to my Sennheiser studio headphones and it sounded soooo good.
Yeah I agree, despite all the recent events, I’m still not worried at all about flying. The number of car crash complications I watch on YouTube make me extra cautious while driving, but I’ve never felt in danger while flying, even in heavy turbulence
Ah shit, I didn’t look that far into who they were. We’re fucked
Maybe we might finally get the bot problem solved
I’m happy they’re still referring to it as the Oculus Quest 2
Oh hell yeah, thanks man. I don’t suppose there’s a way to upload from my photos library?
What’s soccer have to do with any of this?
