Yeah, totally agree. I do backups in a similar way. Do I have cloud backups? Yes. Do I also have local? Hell yes.
A combination of the two is likely the best bet but I will say 1Password feels like one of those “oft imitated, rarely replicated” solutions.
Although I’ve also been using Apple’s solution for similar reasons. Works great, too.
I understand there’s a bit of of bias here, but I’ve been using 1Password for probably 10+ years and have literally never had a problem. Transferred between multiple devices, added family, etc.
Solid as hell and super reliable.
Selfhost if you want, but I’ll take the reliability.
Fuck that, if you’ve ever lived in a small town (or hell, even medium-sized), you’ve seen it with your own eyes over the last 20 years.
I don’t have to believe what I read when I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
I guess that tells us what camp you’re in.
Go lick boots. I hear Wal-Mart’s constantly hiring.
So what you’re saying is that grammarians, with their total collective rollage, would be the correct answer.
Perhaps, in order to simplify, William Bullokar would be a good answer?

A box of Mario fruit snacks when I was a kid.
Oh, fuck yeah. Sly Cooper was the best!
Yes. Alternative doesn’t actually exist, to some degree.
Even being able to process this question means some amount of knowledge to understand it.

Developers on suicide watch.
I really thought it was cool but was way too expensive for what it was.
A friend of mine whose parents were divorced had it. He let me play it a ton and I didn’t get any dizziness or eye damage.
But lifted from They Live
May be an obvious question, but have you seen a doctor?
I know that’s hard depending one where you are. I say this as a person who suffers from some pretty intense anxiety but not anything to your level.
I’m not trying to be judgmental here, just curious.
What about the library makes you anxious that any other task required to leave the house doesn’t?
Really didn’t expect “graveyard full of dead monks” to be the least shocking thing in a list today.
As someone else said, kudos to you.
What a well worded, concise, and accurate comment. And said with warmth.
Oh god is this AI!?
Die Hard
By a pretty huge margin.
That. Movie. Is. Perfect.
Probably Kid A, although I have memories so firmly attached to it that I don’t know that I’d want to.
I watch YouTube just fine on Firefox.
Some plugins to Adblock but that’s it.
Imagine rocking up to the weird bath house all prepped to bathe in Coke and they’re like, “Oh, sorry. We only have Pepsi.”
