I’ll give you the real answer. Most people are working so much they are exhausted at the end of the day and the thought of doing anything other than resting is even more exhausting. Some of us are depressed on top of this which makes us even less motivated to cook or clean or do anything really. People need to work less and have more free time. Then we will see them cook more and take care of themselves more.
