Sorry for the really late reply, no I am not in enterprise IT. I did this solely to help the community use Libreboot more, I want to see it become mainstream. I also was just planning on reselling most of these models, but I haven’t got to it yet.
Libreboot.
I provided testing and funding (not as a developer) for computers like the 9020, 9010, 7010, and 780 OptiPlex, as well as the E4300 Latitude and T1700 Precision. All it takes is some collaboration with others in the community to make it possible!
Fighting tryanny with tryanny isn’t the answer.
Are they going to be more open compared to AMD/NVIDIA?
I dislike the way you type.
Oh, I’ve already been doing this putting “Read Receipt” on emails and also checking confirmation of delivery. I forward any critical emails to my personal email just in case he deletes it. He would definitely throw me under the bus if he wanted to. Thank you for the advice though!
Over 40+ domain accounts. 200-300 employees on the floor. We’ve had a couple phishing attempts via email of someone impersonating our CEO.
Thanks for the reply. I’ll watch the video later today. Is it really not worth going after my Network+ or Linux+? I would really like to advance my knowledge on both of these.
I have experience testing hardware for Libreboot, and I helped test many systems for them. I’m also working with another person from the coreboot community to port four computers (two computers are already done), which will then be ported to Libreboot. I previously had a business where I sold Libreboot hardware. Currently, I’m trying to learn OpenBSD on my server for self-hosting. I have a couple of other small projects as well, but yes, I already have a few projects underway.
This may be a route I want to pursue; Network+ followed by Linux+ sounds good. I’ve also heard that Security+ is easier, but I’m not sure if it’s easier than Linux+.
Here are my top 5:

The rom for the T1650 is weird, I tried updating mine and got no display, so I’m sticking with my old rom right now. Are you having the same issue? You can build the rom in lbmk or download the roms from one of the Libreboot mirrors.
I am currently adding support for the Dell Optiplex 9020 MT, it supports a i7 4790K and 32GB of DDR3 1.5v RAM (Non-ECC). The i7-4790K is a little bit faster, like 6% overall, but it’s main feature is having AVX2 support. This increases the peformance drastically for machine learning (e.g. LLMs), compiling peformance, and even virtual machines. It’s basically modern-like gaming computer. It’s actually the first Libreboot desktop computer to support AVX2.
Happy to hear I inspired you to build a Libreboot gaming machine! Stay tuned for the next port, you can expect a release by next week!
How is the OpenBSD experience? I have 2x4TB hard drives in my Libreboot server (Dell T1650 motherboard), can I easily setup RAID 1 through the OS?
Proprietary 🤮
“Ubuntu” 🤢

Seriously? This literally has nothing to do with segregation and facism.
Well, if you can’t beat them, join them! You have to adjust to the pace of what society is moving towards.
CEO of our company asked me for help with his computer, opened Outlook, and I saw in the search results he searched for “sex.” He was sitting right next to me.
