It’s called a reverse sear and I’ve found the cook tends to be really even and tender when using this method vs searing first.
Just used an online recipe. This one to be exact: https://apple.news/KOwS4dToFNrCBZ8LUleA2yQ?article_id=AVzGMmo4SRn23cs30oCv5TQ
Just gotta go in the morning before everyone else gets there!
You pull it off the heat at 105, put it on a plate under foil (while the coals heat up for the sear), and the temp will continue to rise till about 120-125 making it a perfect medium rare. The sear doesn’t really affect the temp from there.
It’s missing my favorite cooking oil: Lard.
Sure, we could say viscous liquids can use mass. I’d say most liquids with a viscosity close to water will be easier to measure out by volume than risk over pouring when going right into weigh boat / mixing bowl.
All solids should be listed by weight.
All liquids should be listed by volume.
SI units only. (Grams for solids, mL for liquids)
More graduated cylinders and volumetric flasks in the kitchen please.
Ah, yeah makes sense
But commenter is right. Just cuz it’s in the same city doesn’t mean it’s the same quality. If they’re made with the same components, that’d carry more weight than simply being made in the same city.
Thanks! Wish I could take full credit, but my wife made the Hollandaise sauce, which was really the star of the show
Those ribs look like they’ve got some backbone!

But… can they be friends?
I can imagine a scenario where you a gas is encased in a volume that you can reduce by stepping on it with your foot, thus pressurizing it.
Welcome!
Isn’t the whole point of brisket that it’s a really cheap cut of meat?
Doesn’t this just mean that now we can make models 20x more complex using the same hardware? There’s many more problems that advanced Deep Learning models could potentially solve that are far more interesting and useful than a chat bot.
I don’t see how this ends up bad for Nvidia in the long run.
I think Nintendo first party games are great. And I certainly don’t think they’re losing money… the Switch has the most global sales of any current console by a lot. In fact, the PS2 is the only non-Nintendo console to have sold more.
Yeah, no problem. Generally 4 feet is about as wide as you want to go if you have access from both sides, 2 feet if only access from one side
