it’s got 8 years of updates right? You think it’ll last until Google comes back into a pro hardware phase?

I played Dauntless hardcore in the beta. My team and I really enjoyed it and it was going to great but it went to Epic we never gave it another thought. A real pity because the combat was fun. IDK how it evolved but the chainblade started out really enjoyable.
I’ve had people jealous of me. People who tried to steal my spouse or thought they would be so happy living my life.
It didn’t make me one bit happier. Sometimes it made me suffer, that they didn’t see that things were really difficult for me in ways that were invisible.
That feeling that I thought was wanting a perfect life was really needing anxiety meds I am way happier with well-adjusted meds.
If you have been vaccinated, then the current strains are about as deadly as the flu. We still need to keep ready for new strains and for sudden surges that can quickly overwhelm a single location’s health care capacity. This is true of influenza as well, a new strain hitting a small contained community can cause issues.
Projects will either be done next month or take at least a year to complete. Also, if you ask my team to calculate how long a project will take, and then ignore the estimate, the project will take infinite time because you are an insufferable moron.
Someone got told their topic wasn’t original enough and took that as a challenge.
I use it to outline and layout big documents and reports. I give it a list of tasks I did and it writes the long-form text in the approved style. I use it anytime I need to translate my thoughts or process into corporate jargon. And occasionally my bosses ask me for a report on something totally unrelated to what we are doing and I’ll ask GPT to do the first pass on the topic and then come I’ll back and re-write it iteratively as I figure out what part of the topic the boss really cares about.
Bullshit. Our best recourse as parents is to talk to our children every day to ensure their life has people who will listen and understand them as a constant presence, instead of random strangers on the Internet. Just exposure to this shit isn’t the toxic part. It’s the constant exposure without context and support of caring adults to help kids contextualize the information. Just like sex, alcohol, and every other complex “adult” thing.
This would not be effective for student loan debt because it’s still non-dischargable, unlike consumer debt.
The lawsuit was about the fact the school knew for months about the problem and did nothing to address it. If they plausibly couldn’t know, it wouldn’t have been their fault but this was reported to the admin repeatedly and they did nothing.
What you’re describing is called a citation or reference tree and they are used to visualize complex set of references. Web of Science has a nice one, Scopus also has a tree view, I believe. Google Scholar has the information to make one, but doesn’t.
How do you get home internet service without a subscription? I’m down to try it.
It’s called an Apricot Poodle, once in a great while I hear them called butterscotch poodles too.
Also, that’s a standard normal size poodle. They were water hunting dogs. It’s the little ones that are bred to be tiny that are weird.
Nice for you to live somewhere mild enough your car doesn’t need to pre-heat but some people live in Chicago and other places where it still snows and pre-heating the car is a must 3 months of the year.
I take it you’ve never been involved in such an endeavor? What you propose would take a decade a minimum due to the sheer number of nested advisory committees that would be required for those groups to interface. Better a non-profit group begins the work and then solicits these group’s input at the design stage.
Drupal…damn it’s been years since someone mentioned Drupal. I remember it being the next big thing…
That was such a weird story! On one hand, he has been a big supporter of the football program at the school and the scoreboard didn’t seem totally unreasonable. But as a former university librarian, the salary is generally under $60k for non-mangers, so saving that $1 million was an amazing feat of savings and the scoreboard seemed like a weird choice by the school.
I did this for a business number many years ago and it worked fine.
Logitech’s desire to put AI in my IO devices is exactly why I am moving to a different manufacturer. I want solid hardware, not hardware as a service. HP also is trying this with printers and it’s total bullshit.
If I am paying a monthly fee, I’d better not also have to buy garbage hardware. That better be provided for free and replaced when it inevitably fails.
This right here.
I played 6 at launch and it was a huge downgrade from 5 but now it’s been updated so much it’s now unrecognizable from what was released as 6.
Every patch, update, and DLC will change it incrementally back into a similar experience as the others. They like to try to get real wild with the initial release but it tends to get back to the same sort of things eventually.
