Do you want everyone to just sit there, drink their coffee, read daily news or a book and gasp interact with others like some kind of savages? Back in my day we stared at same-looking highways for hours, it builds character.

I’ve personally enjoyed Clone Wars film cuts by NumeralJoker, where episodes are combined into feature-length story arcs. He’s also made the “Siege of Mandalore Cut” of RoTS which weaves in a few Clone Wars episodes that happen concurrently with RoTS. I think this is a better flowing experience if you can stomach longer run times (most are 1-2.5 hours, with a 4.5h finale).

Probably not recommended for a first time watcher, but if you’re already familiar with the story of episodes II & III it might be worth looking into. Also makes it easier to skip the filler arcs, and generally saves a lot of time on intros/credits.

Of course the downside is that you have to torrent them, since it’s a fan edit.

The vast majority of pro-meat arguments I hear are based on these conservative ideas mixed with a large dose of protectionism, so any progress tends to be very slow.

What I mean by entropy is that we burn fossil fuels (low entropy) and release CO2 into the atmosphere (high entropy), so it takes a lot more energy and effort to remove CO2 than simply not burning fossil fuels.

Clearly laws of physics work against us when we try to remove a relatively low concentration gas from a planet-wide system.

I don’t question the working principles of DAC, or as you mention separating gasses. It’s just that burning fossil fuels for energy would make no sense if you had to use most, if not all of that energy on DAC. And if you want to use low-carbon energy to power carbon capture, why not use it directly to replace fossil fuels? It seems to me that to reduce net emissions it’s most efficient not to emit it in the first place.
