In conclusion: chickpeas are awesome and I love them
My daughter really loves Zucchini nuggets with a dip of Hummus. For the Zucchini nuggets, just use shredded Zucchini, panko, grated cheese (Mozzarella works well, but it’s really up to preference) and some herbs. Use an egg or two to bind everything together. Form into nuggets and bake in the oven until nice and crispy on the outside. Use any dip you fancy. We often use Hummus or chili sauce.
These are awesome! I really loved them when travelling in Portugal. I could eat them for almost any meal.
I don’t think I remember this trip specifically, but we travelled extensively in the area between 1991 and 1997. That’s my grandmother and my mother standing besides the car. I believe my father and I hiked up the hillside and took the picture from there.
Seitan is really great, if you’re able to get good Seitan. In my experience it’s best to go to the uncle and auntie shop where hardly a letter in Latin script is found.
While I agree with the sentiment, I fully endorse store bought for anyone who has kids and too little time as is.
Some of these really stretch the definition of what I’m comfortable with as “Pizza”
Awesome! I didn’t even realise it, but this is a great recipe for Lent.
