That’s still really cool to hear though, definitely looking forward to see where that is in a few years.

I’ll be the outlier and say that given the perfect circumstances, I would buy Smart Glasses. BUT in no way, shape, or form would I buy META Smart Glasses.

I work a retail job where I’m staring at shelves for like 80% of my shift, it would be dope as hell to have smart glasses and have a video playing in my vision while I’m working.

But until there are more of an “open source” type Smart Glasses that aren’t supported by one of the big companies like Meta or Apple, I’ll join the rest of y’all on staying far away from them.

Totally agree with you that the game is still incredibly fun, they’ve more or less mastered that part. It’s the story that got me and I’m not even one to really pay attention to the story in games.

I do hope this next story will at least be bearable (and for the love of God, if they’re trying to make us forget BL3, then write out Ava for fucks sake. Better yet, have someone offhandedly mention she died on a random planet.)

Jokes on all of you, it’s actually just a Steam branded digital picture frame that cycles through the cover art of games from your library that you’ve never played to constantly remind you of the money you waste.

That’s awesome, only a matter of time until we get all of the original Baldur’s Gate games in the BG3 engine.

There’s admittedly some things I miss from Reddit like bigger niche communities, but I would never want this to get as popular as reddit, because then you’ll end up just getting the same problems as reddit down the road and we’ll all have to migrate again. And who wants that?

Technically we got one with Genesis didn’t we? Unless the fanbase doesn’t count that one, I haven’t actually played the games really so I don’t know the general reception of that one.

I’m not even that big on horror games but this looks fuckin awesome, can’t wait for it to come out!
