Hard to have standing over a third party not doing something to someone else that would hurt them to maybe(key point here) help you. It’s possible to argue yourself there but the bar is incredibly high. If you can’t assign direct provable causation and redress, you’re SOL.

They rent or lease spaces if they don’t have enough. It means they’re paying for the infrastructure they use. The alternative is the above system that just enforces car centrism. I don’t consider it particularly hostile myself. Parking would be dirt cheap in rural areas and very expensive in urban. And inacessable suburban hellholes would be penalized. As it should be.
You either own a space or you don’t. I edited it earlier about overnight street parking being outlawed if that’s what you’re talking about. I don’t know what you mean by parking at their homes. Driveways? That’s owning a space. The key point here is if a house/apartment isn’t built with a space you need to get one either from someone who isn’t using it or a commercial parking structure. If a municipality wanted to dole out street parking in residential areas they could do that too.
Then they have proof of owning a space. Japan outlaws overnight street parking to prevent cheating the system.
I don’t see why. It wouldn’t pass obviously, but structurally there’s no problem.
Japan at least seems to direct this at the car owner instead of at the property developer. If you don’t have proof of owning or leasing a parking space, you can’t register a car.

That’s a treadmill. You have to eat and drink more micro plastics to replace the lost blood. Bloodletting was the opposite you wanted to do with melancholic illness btw. You wanted to increase sanguine humor(blood, the opposite of black bile) so you ate and drank sanguine foods(meat and gravy, red wine) while taking laxatives and enemas.
Hilariously there is one aspect of this that is actually accurate to modern suggestions. To increase sanguine humor you should exercise and get hot and sweaty (sanguine humor is considered hot and wet). Vigorous exercise is considered by modern medicine to be good for depression.

I don’t think the console market is okay for a variety of reasons. This particular issue however, not being able to publish whatever the fuck you want under someone else’s brand, is very much not high on them. The other reasons, the anticompetitive nature of the industry, is what makes it a problem. Most certainly not someone deciding they don’t want their product marketed with fucking around with corpses.
And relieving the developers of the agency of their own vision is specious. They made a decision. Obviously this new direction is within what they’re trying to deliver or they wouldn’t be doing it. The most salient point here is that the amount of changes they seem to be making are negligible. Dismemberment of living people fine, dismemberment of corpses gone. They claim they’ve preserved their vision through limited changes. Everybody else is playing like the loss of that is a fundamental betrayal. It’s fucking ridiculous.
