That’s about how i figured it would be…seems like it would be kinda weird to get right, and even then you kinda need that reassurance of a good pat 😆

They exist. I think primarily a Japan thing (no surprise…). I havent seen one in person, but seen them for sale or some weird bidet article about all the options you can get. Hot/cold water, his/her’s, blow dry, lights, music, multiple user pre-sets, etc. usually it’s sold as the entire toilet, not an “add-on” option.
Ha, as i was typing that i considered the possibility your car might be a diesel, but decided otherwise….go figure! But ya, as the others have said, there is also diesel stabilizers, but diesel does have a longer life span. Putting a stabilizer in wont hurt anything, so personally, id put it in anyways just to be safe….
Yeah, for the most part. The other commenter is right about that battery, tho. Disconnecting the battery will help, but depending on the type and age of the battery (and temperatures in the storage area) the battery might still not last. Trickle charger might be ideal here, even just a little solar panel for it.
Gas in the tank is another thing. There might be conflicting opinions on how best to handle this, but- I would run the tank as empty as practical, then fill it up completely (so you have all fresh gas) and add a stabilizer. Most stabilizers will keep the gas good for 1-2 years. Best to make sure its an Ethanol stabilizer (like Sta-Bil 360), unless you put pure gas in. Then make sure to drive it a little so the stabilized gas gets into the whole fuel system.
Otherwise, give it a good wash and then a cover for it if you can if it’ll be outside in the elements. Depending on the storage environment, things could still start growing on it, inside and out.
Yup, that’s it. I remember now being told it was ice crystals or water droplets or something that caused the effect, like that article explains
There’s obviously some fancy science term for that, but we had something “less smart” we used to call it as kids. There was some “old ways” thing we were taught that depending on how many stars were caught in that halo was how many days until the next rain…. Maybe someone else will shed some better info, but your comment reminded me of that!
Yeah…that’s why I switched from FF to Chrome a few years ago. I was tired of whatever extension it was that i needed or wanted at the time being only on Chrome. Of course, i’m back on FF now and it seems to be much better for what i need, so that’s good.
The newer model, 502X, has a removable button that you can flip to either move it further or closer. I suppose not every mouse is gonna fit every hand size, tho. I have fairly “normal” sized male hands (glove size L), and the button sits directly under my thumb 🤷
Despite just realizing this is a 2y old post that’s been necroed…like another commenter here, ive never liked how unpredictable mouse accel is, but my experiences are from long ago and originated from joysticks (controller and desktop “flight” types). Now i exclusively use mice with a variable DPS button at my thumb or what some call a “sniper” button. This way i have full control over WHEN, how long and how fast/slow. Ex: Logitech G502, Corsair M65

Their dvd library went to shit a looooong time ago, so to echo some other comments here- i’m surprised the service was even still around. I used to get multiple discs at a time. (i think they had a 3 disc at-a-time plan where you could send one back and they’d send you the next in your cue, but you’d always have 3 at home.) Then as streaming started to take off and they started making their own TV shows it seemed like there was less and less DVDs for rent, and not just because id watched them. I was getting notices of things on my “wish list” or whatever about to become unavailable, or movies i wanted to rent again were just gone from the library. This effected movies, documentaries, TV series, lots of different content types. They rolled streaming into my plan for free and i eventually gave up on discs entirely and just canceled that part of my plan, sadly. Eventually completely canceled everything a few years ago, ended up never using the service anymore. There’s my experience no one asked for!
That’s not what this is…this isn’t a breakout board or a development board. This is just straight up, drop-in power supply for bare breadboards. If you dont know what breadboards are….well…
